How it works: Prepare rewrites each draft chronologically as one continuous story, in the physio's own style and templates — PSFS carried through from the initial (omitted if never taken), goals carried forward or drafted from the documented complaint. Recorded scores drive the improvement arc; where a score was never recorded the line stays blank with an amber chip (dictate one line + Re-run to fill it — numbers are never made up, keeping the notes audit-safe). Patients 2+ months inactive get a 📄 Discharge summary button. Review, then Approve & upload finalises in Cliniko under that physio's login.
